Burning Man 2005: Desktops

With Burning Man 2005 just around the corner I noticed that some previous year's efforts were captured by satellite travelling over the Black Rock Desert.
![]() Unfortunately each nibble served out by Google Maps isn't big enough to be a satisfying desktop picture, so I zoomed into maximum available resolution and captured and assembled the tiles into a huge image that's the aspect ratio of my current laptop screen. It's big enough that it ought to be servicable for a few decades at least. Available are versions sized
Speaking of copyright, I waded through the terms and it seems to allow use of map imagery for uses other than commercial or business, so don't.
