Burning Man 2000
 BM2K may become known as the year of the winds (up to 70 miles per hour) and the dust (complete whiteouts). Forewarned and prepared with goggles, duster, and a good attitude, it made little difference: it was still loads of fun. Here's a photo of me on patrol, in front of the Man, during a dust storm. Notice the horizontal attitude of the hat strap - that wind was howling by! Our story begins even before we set off to Reno.
