Burning Man 2003: Journal p. 7
Tuesday, cont. - one walks like a mouse exercise wheel). We rang bells made of SCUBA tanks. Isaac demanded we visit the sailing ship "Contessa", which we climbed for a fabulous view! Nothing like a pirate ship to fire the imagination. Each of the kids got gifted a hat at the Costume Club Cult Camp.
Back at Kidsville we lunched on German farm bread & gravlax . This afternoon was spent playing with the new kids on the block. There was a hammock, a wagon, and new faces.
Did I forget to mention the blast of the morning, the trampoline? Oh, shame on me! Both kids jumped and bounced themselves silly.
This evening was the first big group potluck. I skipped on the dusk art car ride in lieu of stringing Christmas lights around the common area before the food was set out. Our contribution was a chocolate rasberry crumble.
