Burning Man 2003: Journal p. 29
Sunday - I ate an early-morning breakfast when all had gone to sleep, just after 0100. Tasty and filling. We all slept in late; the kids had a morning shower to start reversing the mild alkali irritation on their feet (next time evening vinegar & water footbaths instead of just sun showers).
The buffet breakfast at the El Dorado (in downtown Reno) was appreciated by all. I must have drunk more than a quart of apple juice. From our sixth-story parking spot we watched a long train roll by. Then we set off towards home.
In Davis, CA, we let the kids run under the huge tree behind Redrum Burgers (formerly Murder Burger) while we enjoyed their fresh fruit smoothies. (Take the Olive Drive exit....) The next exit has fresh produce from local
