It's nearing the end of September, 1999, and San Francisco is having its Indian Summer in fits and starts (rather than the usual glorious stretch of warmth that happens after Memorial Day). Some days are cooler than we expect, and so you'll be seeing Isaac in warmer sleeper-like outfits. Blue Boy - Isaac looking like a little man - is how he appears to us in one of those outfits.

Some things, of course, never change.

Isaac is still greeting his panda (and other toys with noses, and sometimes Papa) with a nibble in the middle of the face. Very cute.

Isaac has taken to his bedroom playspace. We keep a toybox on one side of the carpeted floor and his activity saucer in a corner. The rest of the floor is for Isaac to crawl around (sometimes on embarrasing piles of laundry, either on its way to or from the washing machine in the basement).

Just as Naked Boy before him, Blue Boy also has his boisterous streaks of activity. Here's a typical minute or two. (Imagine what a few hours is like!)

But there's more to see than Isaac on the ground. Sometimes he's in midair.
