We stroll around the trailhead, taking note of the buildings.

None of us wants to break the spell, to move on. Adam takes a photo to remember this by.

Alpine wildflowers cover the meadows. Close-up they're small patches of color, seen at a distance they give a hue to the scene. We start along the path, piles of stones marking the fences. Frequent rests are taken.

Next, we find the cows and enjoy some really fresh milk.
