Here are some downloadable technical writing samples. I've placed this page here for those whose email gateways prevent large attachments (including you, Craigslist!).

	Internet TV with CU-SeeMe, ISBN 1-57521-006-1, was the first practical guide to Internet videoconferencing (as well as the first book to show Apple's Open Transport TCP/IP networking; I was a alpha-tester at the time and got Apple's permission). What I've put online is the last manuscript which passed through my hands. The Macmillian folks munged it for the printing run, but they never forwarded anything back to me. You'll see comments from editors, production staff, and me, as we write and assemble a book with a third of the world between us.
	beoinstall.pdf is the installation, configuration, deployment, and operations manual for a Linux virtualization and clustering product.
	beoinstall_insert.pdf is the CD insert for the Linux virtualization production mentioned above.
	mvc-eval-paper.pdf is a white-paper presenting an evaluation of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework as part of a proposed expansion of an existing telecommunications software middleware product.
	secureconsole.pdf is a chapter of a software administration manual. The version posted here shows the migration between two public-key management schemes.
